What does cardType mean?
CardType can either be STATIC_WITH_ACCOUNT or STATIC_NO_ACCOUNT or DYNAMIC_CARD
STATIC_WITH_ACCOUNT: Card request should be accompanied with accountNumber.
STATIC_NO_ACCOUNT or DYNAMIC_CARD: Account number is not required for this card request.
